'Long sTory short…my cash app card 💳 was declined from physically loading cash on to my credit card……😯😮😦😲😳… Twice ….cashier even stated that , that issue has never happened….it was the first 🤬time i have ever heard or witnessed it. Further more one of the cash app agents was caught in a blatant lie…..I had to wait 25-30 mins just to get a reply on wtf took place..the agent kept repeating please give me another 5 mins,said 5 times before i could receive an answer…this left me aware of the fkery that laid ahead. Excuse/Lie was (The very cash load policy that is advertised through green dot corporation ) was allegedly discontinued only in my situation. Above are screens of the convo, and me loading my cash app card 12 days pryor, with no problem 🤷🏿♂️. I called in yesterday, spoke with 2 agents…one said the cash load option is still the same…both agents were un useful in the matter of asking a simple question, in fact both refused to answer and said they cannot access my account. So much for suitable customer service anymore 🤷🏿♂️. …Next screen shots show show proof that i just loaded my card 12 days pryor no problem……..my mother has been experiencing similar issues at santander bank…every time she makes a purchase , they willyfully (3rd Party) decline her card…there is even built in booby trap when she calls to check her balance…even upon entering her pin right everytime….the automated response (Ai) says it is incorrect even though it is correct, and if she enters it 3 times…her card will be blocked. Its a built in error …we spoke with supervisors and headquarters…we didnt receive any help in the situation…. They corny as fk..and playing sucker ass moves from the shadows……smh cowards…..
